Therapeutic

Massage

more than just Relaxation...

From the moment you settle onto the table, your body begins to unwind as slow, intentional pressure melts through layers of built-up tension. Each stroke is guided by your body’s response—sometimes soothing and rhythmic, other times focused and precise—to ease stiffness, release knots, and restore natural balance. Some moments feel grounding and meditative, while others bring a gentle sense of release, like exhaling tension you didn’t realize you were holding. By the end, you’ll feel lighter, more open, and deeply at ease. Your breath flows freely, your mind is clear, and you leave with a renewed sense of calm and connection—like pressing the body’s reset button.

NeuroDynamic Cupping Massage

an Integrative Experience...

Each session integrates deep tissue techniques and neuromuscular principles, tailored to your unique pain patterns and preferred pressure. The result is a highly personalized experience that feels both therapeutic and deeply restorative — unlike any massage you’ve experienced before. Cups use gentle negative pressure to lift, open, and decompress the body’s soft tissues. This suction not only improves circulation and mobility but also modifies the sensory thresholds of the nerves in the skin and underlying tissues. By stimulating these neural pathways, cupping helps override pain signals and engage the body’s natural pain-relief response — allowing the nervous system to release old holding patterns and restore balance.

Ashiatsu
Barefoot Massage

Taking deep pressure to the next level...

Ashiatsu is a Western adaptation of traditional barefoot massage techniques rooted in Thai massage, barefoot Shiatsu, and Keralite foot massage. This deeply therapeutic modality combines broad, soothing compression, myofascial stretching, and targeted trigger point work using slow, controlled strokes performed with the feet. The result is a seamless blend of deep tissue pressure and gentle elongation that works deeper into the fascia — without the discomfort often associated with deep pressure. Ashiatsu is ideal for athletic recovery, chronic tension, or anyone who loves a deep, grounding massage experience. Personalized Consultation Session

Let's talk about your needs, goals, and how we may be able to help.

Every body, recovery, and wellness journey is different. A personalized consultation provides dedicated time to talk through what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping to accomplish, and what type of support you’re looking for. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your relevant health and surgical history, current concerns, pain points, goals, previous experiences with bodywork or other wellness services, and any questions you may have. This is also an opportunity to share information that may be difficult to communicate when scheduling a standard appointment. *What to Expect Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. **You will not need to disrobe for your consultation.** Your consultation includes time to discuss your concerns and goals, ask questions, review relevant history, and complete a hands-on assessment. The hands-on portion allows me to better understand areas of concern, observe movement and tissue response, and determine whether my services may be an appropriate fit for your needs. *If Your Visit Is Related to an Auto Accident... your consultation will also include time to review the details of your case and make sure we have the information needed to coordinate your care and insurance billing. We’ll review any necessary documentation, such as a prescription or referral, intake paperwork, authorization to obtain records, and other required forms. We’ll also verify that we have the necessary insurance information, including your claim number and the appropriate contact information for your claims adjuster, attorney, or other representative when applicable. This allows us to address administrative questions up front so you can focus on your care moving forward. A consultation does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan. It is a dedicated space for conversation, education, questions, hands-on assessment, and determining whether we’re a good fit to work together. When appropriate, you may be advised to consult with your physician, surgeon, or another qualified healthcare provider before beginning or continuing services. **Consultations are especially encouraged for clients with complex medical or surgical histories, those who are unsure which service is appropriate, clients recovering from surgery or injury, or anyone who would feel more comfortable discussing their needs before scheduling a session.
