Coronavirus and Massage
Boise, ID
Boise Therapeutics is following medical guidelines from the DOH, the CDC, as well as our national and local massage associations to ensure every one is as safe as possible. I believe it is essential for you to remain healthy. Massage can help keep your immune system strong and right now that is extremely important.

Rest assured you are and always have been in a clean and safe environment. The office is always sanitized with medical grade solution between each client, the table is dressed with clean, fresh linens and hand sanitizer is available upon arrival.

For added measures clients are asked COVID survey questions on intake form, in the reminder notifications (both email and text) and masks are required throughout your session per state regulations and our COVID-19 Policies
Masks are required for clients and staff.
While Ada County has rescinded the mask mandate and strongly recommends them, I ask that you wear an acceptable mask during your intake portion and when moving around the office. Once you are instructed to get onto the table you are free to chose to continue to wear your mask or not. I will continue to stay masked during your entire visit.

Acceptable Masks:
-
N95 (w/o respirator)
-
KN95 (w/o respirator)
-
Well fitted 3 layer masks
-
Surgical masks
Single layer masks, bandannas and neck gators are not suitable masks and hinder the work you receive. If you come in with this type of mask we ask you to replace with a medical mask provided to you.
This is to also help keep me safe as I do have medical conditions that fall under higher risk categories. I take my health and your health seriously and therefore I WILL also be taking my temperature at the beginning of the day and wearing a mask throughout the session.
If you refuse to wear a mask during your session and do not have a medical reason for it and/or you have any signs of being sick even if it is just a slight cold or allergies I ask you to reschedule your appointment ASAP per the Illness policies on the FAQ Policies page.
I am currently waiving the same day cancellation fee for illness related cancellation needs only. You may schedule your next appointment after 14 days of being symptom free. However the no show fee may still apply and is based on a case by case basis. To view our policies again Click Here.
If you have any questions or need to cancel please let me know. Otherwise I look forward to seeing you soon!
