Base Rate is $200 per Hour. Rates Below Reflect Pre-Payment Discount.
Please note, pre-payment is required for your initial visit or consultation. We may require a credit card on file to hold future appointments.
We charge 100% of the appointment cost for missed appointments to you the client and have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are late for your appointment any remaining time will be given at full rate. More details on our cancellation & rescheduling policy can be found here, and on your intake form that will be emailed to you to complete.

Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, United Health Care.
First time Medical Massage appointments require consultation and insurance verification. Verification can take 72 hours or longer from the time we receive all your necessary information. For verification select the following and text your information to 971.245.2299

• Medical Insurance: Patients name, DOB and photo of front and back of medical insurance card.

• Auto Insurance: Patients name, DOB, date of accident, claim number and adjusters phone number.
